This work was born from a journey I have lived myself

For more than 33 years, I worked in the motor industry, including 13 years in a senior leadership role. I knew how to perform, lead, deliver and hold everything together.

But I also reached a point where success on the outside no longer meant alignment on the inside.

Through transition, personal loss, family challenges and change, I began to understand how easily a capable woman can become disconnected from herself while continuing to function for everyone around her.

I later trained in NLP coaching and menopause coaching and developed The REAL Method as a gentle, grounded framework to help women reflect, reconnect, realign and move forward in a way that feels honest and sustainable.

Is this the full REAL Method course?

No. This is the standalone REAL Return Workbook. It does not include the full course guide, lesson delivery or coaching support.

Is coaching included?

No. This is a private, self-paced workbook experience. Coaching is available through the guided REAL Method programme.

Do I have to complete it in twelve weeks?

No. The twelve-week structure gives you a supportive pathway, but you may move more slowly, pause or return to sections whenever needed.

Can I print the workbook?

Yes. You may use it digitally or print one copy for your personal use.

Will I receive a physical book?
