Hi, I’m Ruth.

I support women who feel overwhelmed, stretched, or disconnected from themselves to gently move out of survival mode and back into calm, aligned living.

My work combines life coaching, NLP, menopause coaching, and nervous system awareness approaches designed specifically for midlife transitions.

This workshop is a calming first step back to yourself, with guidance, reflection, and practical tools.
