Hi, I’m Ruth.

I support women who feel overwhelmed, stretched, or disconnected from themselves to gently move out of survival mode and back into calm, aligned living.

My work combines life coaching, NLP, nervous system aware approaches, and menopause coaching, designed specifically for midlife transitions.

This workshop brings together the core insights I have seen transform how women begin to understand themselves.
